4418 West Hundred Road was a neglected 1950’s shopping center in the Core Special Design District of Chester, Virginia. The derelict shopping center had lost all but a single tenant and the developer for the site desired a unique and modern facelift to attract new and long-term tenants. The concept from Enteros Design included a front façade recladding with contemporary materials to revitalize the street and create a welcoming and inviting street-level experience.
The proposed 27,000 square foot shopping center included three distinct retail groupings; a high-end grocer, a brewery, and four individual retail storefronts.
