Rayven, originally from Virginia, was raised as a military child. She spent most of her childhood experiencing many different places and people. Living in several different states, she got to experience much of the South, Texas, and South Korea.
Her interest in design began at a young age after watching 500 Days of Summer, a movie that frankly has little to do with architecture, but it inspired her nonetheless. That early inspiration eventually led her to study architecture at Auburn University, where she graduated in 2022. In school she focused mainly on biophilic design, particularly in more urban environments. Incorporating plants and natural elements into her design as much as she could.
A major part of her design philosophy is creating spaces full of light, color, and plants. Designing to brighten and delight.
Outside of design, Rayven enjoys immersing herself in audiobooks. She also enjoys listening to podcasts that make her laugh and playing video games where she can shape and organize the world. And from time to time she enjoys water color painting.
